Terms of Use
Your use of AgoMe is governed by Apple's Apple Standard EULA together with these terms. AgoMe is made by moonclub (moonclub.dev).
AgoMe Premium
- AgoMe is free to download. AgoMe Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered and you're eligible, you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Profile in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- You can restore your purchases on any device with the same Apple Account from Profile › Restore purchases.
Your photos
Your photos and data belong to you and stay on your device. Because we don't store them, we can't recover them if they're deleted or the device is lost: use your device backups or the app's “Save all to Photos” option.
Acceptable use
Only use AgoMe with photos you have the right to take and keep, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer
AgoMe is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
